Ask Soja a question on our website

On sojabean.com, Ask Soja answers questions from these guides and the website, links the page it used, and tells you who to write to when they don’t say.

Every page of sojabean.com has an Ask Soja button at the bottom right. Press it, then type a question or pick one of the suggestions. You don’t need to sign in.

Soja answers from the guides in this support center and from the pages of sojabean.com, such as what each plan includes. Under its answer, it lists what it looked at, such as “Read “How seats are counted””, with a link to that guide or page. While it works, it says what it’s on, such as “Thinking about how seats are counted…”.

When the guides don’t say

Soja doesn’t guess. If neither the guides nor the website answer your question, it says so and gives you the address to write to, where someone on the team will answer. When only the website describes something, Soja tells you what it says and who can tell you whether you can use it yet. The same goes for anything about your own account or bill, which Soja can’t see from the website.

Soja doesn’t quote prices. For those, it points you to the pricing page.

Your conversation

The conversation stays with you as you move between pages, until you close the tab. To start again, press New chat, the round arrow at the top of the chat. To cut an answer short, press Stop, the square beside the message field.

If you ask a lot of questions in a short time, Soja asks you to try again in a few minutes.
