If your sign-in code doesn’t arrive
What to check when the email with your code is missing, and what each message on the code screen means.
Your code comes from [email protected], and the subject is the code followed by “is your Soja code”.
The email hasn’t come
- Look in your spam or junk folder for an email from [email protected].
- Check the address under Check your email. If it’s wrong, choose Use a different email.
- Wait for Send a new code, which appears 30 seconds after the last one was sent, and choose it.
- Use the code from the newest email. Asking for a new code makes the older ones stop working.
