Change your card, billing details or find invoices
Manage billing opens Stripe’s billing portal, where an owner or admin changes the card and billing details and finds past invoices.
Soja doesn’t keep your card or your invoices itself. Stripe does, in its billing portal, and Billing opens it for you.
- Open Billing at the bottom of the sidebar, or go to app.sojabean.com/billing.
- Choose Manage billing. Stripe’s billing portal opens.
- Change the payment method, update the billing address or tax ID, or open a past invoice to download it.
- When you’re done, the portal’s link back returns you to Billing.
Only owners and admins see Manage billing. If you’re a member and need an invoice, ask one of them.
